Well put. One of my pet peeves is finding a nice advertisement but no mention as to who or what is promoting it. I am more likely to sign up or follow someone, if it appears they have at least gone to the trouble of posting a real picture of themselves and not of their pet, child/grandchild, or heaven forbid, an avatar.
